A simple single pan balance with two ranges 0-250 x 1 gm and 0-1000 x 5 gm. Die cast aluminium alloy frame, other parts are chrome plated. With levelling screw to set zero and a pointer for reading without parallax error. With detachable pan having a hook for experiments on specific gravity.
